Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within your 100-night trial period.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box; for mattresses, we will coordinate a specialized courier for removal.

  Ship or Schedule Pickup

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email for bedding, or confirm your scheduled window for furniture and mattress collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
